Munmun is the only gut microbiome specialist in the world who combines traditional Indian foods, ancient Indian yogic practices and Ayurveda principles with gut microbiota study to understand and fight obesity and other diseases. You can attend from any part of the world since the sessions will be conducted online at Zoom.
My advice- Attend for yourself. If someone is too busy to attend the classes, most probably he would be too busy to put the advice to work. Unfortunately, good health requires effort and time both.
