“Benefits of Ghee” from Nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal @ Food & Fitness Workshop by Navbharat Times

Well-known Nutritionist and Dietitian Munmun Ganeriwal was the speaker at a Food & Fitness Workshop, organised by the Navbharat Times, on Saturday, 13th Jan 2018 for their women patrons.

While speaking in an interactive and lively session, Munmun explained the importance of Ghee(clarified butter) & how it is beneficial to our health.

Munmun debunks the myth that Ghee is bad or harmful for health by explaining the role of Ghee in weight loss, decreasing cholesterol levels, etc. She also talks about vitamin D deficiency which is common in most of the people today & suggests the intake of Ghee, to prevent and treat its deficiency.
