The Exclusive 2-month Program

The Yuktahaar Exclusive 2-month Program is an unique consultation program for people who want to lose weight and get healthy without fads or deprivation. It comprises of one group webinar session conducted by Munmun and then followed by 2-months individual consultation with her.

Beginning the Process

Once you sign up, we will send you EAP (Eating & Activity Pattern) and Exercise Consultation (EC) sheets that you will be required to fill in. After we take a preferable interaction day and timing from you, you will receive your appointment schedule for subsequent weekly appointments.

Making Progress

Group webinar

The group workshop/ webinar conducted by Munmun will help you get all exercise and nutrition information that is not only based on science, but also with a firm grip on practical reality. The focus will be on educating you on the nutrition, exercise and wellbeing strategies that you can take back and implement in your day-to-day life.
Munmun will also clarify your doubts and allow you to ask specific questions related to your health & wellbeing.

Post the workshop, we will be e-mailing you a file with the summary notes of all that was discussed and is worth remembering from the workshop.

The idea is to educate you to come up with a meal plan and exercise prescription for yourself that is doable not only today but also for the rest of your life.

Individual consultation

The 2-months follow up is a phone interaction every week that will allow her to analyze your progress, give feedback and help you in the right way if you feel stuck in crossing the bridge from ‘knowing to doing’.

The final phase

Though the program expires as per the appointment schedule but you may rest assured that we will always be there for you till the end of time. Should you have queries after the program expires, feel free to write to us and we will be more than happy to address it.

What you should know

Things to keep in mind before you sign up

• You can register and join the program from any part of the world. The group session is conducted online and the subsequent individual consultations take place on phone. Hence your geographical or physical location will not alter the quality or the content of the program.

• To ensure personalised attention to everyone in the group webinar, the size of the group is restricted to 5 people only. Registrations are on first come, first serve basis.

• Subsequent to the group webinar, there will be 7 weekly phone consultations that will be spread across a period of 2 months.
