The Yuktahaar extensive one-on-one consultation program by Munmun Ganeriwal is a good fit for all irrespective of age group, gender, profession and work. She works with a range of clients with diverse goals ranging from weight loss to fitness, from knowing how to deal with diabetes to PCOD and thyroid, from blood pressure to cholesterol, from infertility to fighting cancer.

Munmun consults through Skype, FaceTime, phone or other chat options based on what you prefer. Hence your geographical or physical location will not alter the quality or the content of the program.
Once you sign up for this program, you will receive a EAP (Eating & Activity Pattern) Sheet, which requires you to fill in your eating and activity pattern with a record of real timings and send it back to us.
The EAP sheet serves as an important tool for Munmun to study your nutrient-calorie ratio of food, your energy output throughout the day, your food likes and dislikes, and the areas that will need constant monitoring from her end.
On signing up, you will also receive an Exercise Consultation (EC) Sheet, a self explanatory sheet that you will be required to fill up.
Everyone’s fitness goals and levels are different. The EC sheet will help Munmun understand what your lifestyle, fitness goals, workout experience and daily schedule are like. Once completed and submitted, she will review your responses and design your training plan to suit your unique needs.
You are then warmly welcomed to the Yuktahaar family and receive a document of 3 simple habits to shed fat. This will ensure you can make the best use of your time spent before your first scheduled appointment.
Your first interaction can last anywhere up to 1 hour. She spends a lot of time learning about you and your lifestyle, your past diet and exercise experiences and outcomes, your expectations from this program, your fitness goals, and the challenges you face.
She believes that this is an important part of the process so that together, you and Munmun can come up with a meal plan and exercise prescription for you that is doable not only today but also for the rest of your life.
After this initial part, she will interact with you once every week (subsequent sessions are for half an hour each) at your designated time. She will alter your meal plans as and when required.
You receive food and activity log/ tools especially designed to help you track down your eating habits and day to day progress.
Throughout the program, we will support you online (via email or text) for all your queries.
Your exercise plans will be revised by her at an interval of a month. There can be exceptions to this based on how you are progressing with your workout, etc.
You receive relevant tools to guide you with the correct form and technique of the exercise and exercise trackers to assess and review your progress.
Before we tell you how the program concludes, we would like you to be rest assured that we will always be there for you till the end of time, irrespective of the duration of your program. Should you have queries after the program expires, we will be more than happy to address it.
The program, however, expires as per the schedule and when it does, you will receive ‘Yuktahaar – Your personal guide’, which is a document that consolidates all the important learnings from the program and will serve as your personal food and exercise guide with practical suggestions for you to refer to in the future.
Special plans will be made for any real life situations like late nights/ weddings/ festivals/ travels (work or vacation)/ illness that may happen during the course of the program and you will be educated on how to tweak them in the future as well.
You receive a workout day meal plan (based on the type, duration and intensity of your workout) with emphasis on pre and post workout meals and non-workout day meal plan.
From strength workout plan to cardio plans to yoga sequences, she will help you all the way to plan your exercise in a scientific and effective manner.

• Scheduled appointments are held virtually (Skype/ Face Time/ Google hangout/ phone call, whatever you prefer) on a weekly basis. A ‘face-to-face meeting’ at our office can be set up if requested. This meeting will be over and above the program that you have signed up for.

I had been facing various health issues since last 20 years like with my periods, endometriosis, regular infections, bloating etc. I had been visiting various doctors since years.
