“Importance of sleep” by Nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal @ Food & Fitness Workshop by Navbharat Times

Well-known Nutritionist and Dietitian Munmun Ganeriwal was the speaker at a Food & Fitness Workshop, organised by the Navbharat Times, on Saturday, 13th Jan 2018 for their women patrons.

On the ending note of the session, Munmun explained about sleep being incredibly important for health and weight loss. In fact, it is just as important as eating healthy and exercising. In the interactive session she stated some key reasons why people are now sleeping lesser than they did in the past, why sleep quality has decreased and suggested a possible solution for sound & deep sleep that would eventually lead to weight loss.
