Annapurna had been suffering from health issues without being diagnosed correctly. Even after a correct diagnosis and subsequent surgery, she didn’t’ feel the difference she was looking for. She didn’t know what foods to eat, what she shouldn’t, she didn’t feel the energy or zeal to exercise. She tried several things including losing weight by reducing food intake and exercising a lot, and visiting detox and natural therapy centres, all to no avail. All in all, not a happy state to be in.
