Munmun has a unique and wonderful way of presenting her expertise and knowledge in the field of nutrition and exercise in front of the audience. She has conducted workshops at various reputed institutions and loves having the opportunity to connect with people face to face.

ONE SMALL STEP

One Small Step is Munmun’s initiative to empower institutions (schools/colleges/ corporates/ social organizations/ NGOs/ government institutions/ hospitals/ clubs) and their families to make informed food choices while strengthening the local economy and contributing to vibrant communities. It is inspired by the USDA Farm to Institutions, a grass root movement to facilitate connections all over the country between institutions and local food and bringing food, wellness and agriculture education into community settings.

1. CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS

We have customized wellness programs for the corporate world. From hour-long talks to full day events, Munmun customizes the topic and content of the workshop based on the requirement and interest of her audience/ clients. Two of her more popular topics are:

Fit at Work

Food and fitness talk with a focus to demystify nutrition and exercise and present the facts while busting popular myths revolving around the same. Simple and practical tips that can be applied at the workplace are suggested.

Freedom Through Education (FTE)

Food and fitness talk to spread education about right eating and freedom from unhealthy lifestyle and diseases (obesity, hormonal issues, lifestyle disorders etc.)

We do yearly contracts with institutions wherein along with the talks/events, we also work on:

• Meal planning
• Cafeteria/ canteen menu makeover (farm to cafeteria)
• Newsletters
• Monthly or quarterly reviews
• Illustrations, and many more

2. SOCIAL OUTREACH

In order to contribute and give back to the society, Munmun conducts free-of-cost talks to bring awareness about food, fitness and lifestyle. The aim is to reach out to the masses who are unaware of the basics of healthy living and educate them on simple yet effective means of reversing NCDs (non-communicable diseases like weight gain, diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, etc.) and living a healthy life.
