Frequently Asked Questions

I do not stay in Mumbai. Can I still take the program?

Since we consult virtually, you could choose to take the program from anywhere. Your geographical location does not make any difference to the program.

How is the Phone consultation different? How will it work?

There is absolutely no difference other than the fact that you meet us virtually or talk with us on the phone instead of in person. The quality and content of the interaction is not compromised in any way.

How would you ensure accountability from my end?

Once they sign up, clients are required to make note of their daily meals intake, meals timings, exercise done, sleep timings etc. and send it to us 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. It is a compulsory part of our program, a prerequisite, so that the appointments can take place as scheduled. Only once we receive the journal from the clients, would we be able to share our feedback and guide them through. In the absence of the same, the appointment gets cancelled.

How many kgs weight loss do you guarantee in how many months?

Though there is no guarantee of a specific number of kilos for weight loss in a specific period of time, we do guarantee the program is going to leave you fitter, lighter and more energetic than before. Ours is not a ‘weight loss’ program but a ‘fat loss’ or ‘get fit’ program. The program leaves you with a huge sense of wellbeing and weight loss is a bonus or added benefit.

How will I follow the plan considering I travel a lot?

The idea is to have a plan that blends in well with your lifestyle. If travel is a part of it, we will tweak your plans based on your destination (domestic or international), duration and practical availability of food stuff, and will provide you with guidelines so that you can learn how to plan your meals when travelling in the future as well.

How will I continue after the program is over?

Ours is an educational program and since education is meant to empower, it encourages you to take charge of your own health. During the course of the program, we work to ensure that you understand the basics of a healthy eating pattern and that eating right, working out consistently and regularizing bed timings, become a way of life for you. You will, by the end of the program, be able to chalk out your own plans and tweak them according to the different situations in your life.

Besides, we maintain a lifelong relationship with our clients. We are just an email away for any support required even after the program expires.

Is exercise compulsory?

Exercise is a non-negotiable part of the program. Staying active and exercising consistently forms an important part of this program.

Do you give exercise guidance? Is it a part of the package?

Yes. Based on your current fitness levels and fitness goals, we will give you exercise prescriptions and/or guidelines along with pre- and post-workout meal suggestions, as a part of the package.

What kind of exercise do you recommend?

The best exercise is the one that gets done. Hence, anything that you enjoy doing and can put your heart into, be it weight training, yoga, running, cycling, swimming or any type of sport, is the best exercise for you. We will help you with the details of how, when and how much.

But I have tried to exercise before, I fail every time.

Once you start eating right, your body will be fuelled up to make that exercise happen in reality instead of you snoozing the alarm every time.

Besides, once you are educated on the basics of exercise physiology/ anatomy/ kinesiology, you will be able to make your own plans and alter it based on different situations in life. Gradually, you will see yourself making exercise an indispensable part of your life.

Can I pay in instalments?

You could but we can initiate the program only when we have received the entire payment from you.

Once the payment is made, can I ask for a refund?

We strictly follow a no-refund policy. Also, a great and fruitful working relationship is always based on respect, trust and transparency from both the parties involved. In case the client displays poor attitude, lack of respect, or resorts to baseless blame game, allegations and/or intentionally provides inaccurate information to us or refuses to send us food and activity journal throughout the time period signed up for, inspite of repeatedly asking for it, then we reserve the right to terminate the program without offering any refund to the client.
